About Us

Springfield Fine Foods was founded in 1991 by Ron and Diane Callahan out of a single refrigerated truck and a handshake relationship with three local farms outside Springfield, Illinois. Three decades later, their son Mark now runs day-to-day operations, but the philosophy hasn't changed. Know your farmers, know your customers, and never cut corners on quality.

Today we serve over 350 restaurants, hotels, and institutions across the greater Midwest, but we still pick up the phone when you call.

Every account at Springfield gets a dedicated rep who knows your menu, your schedule, and your standards. We're not a call center. When something comes up, you talk to a real person who can actually fix it. That's how Ron built this business, and that's how Mark runs it today.

We deliver throughout the greater Springfield region and surrounding counties. Contact us to confirm coverage for your location.

No minimum order for existing accounts. For new customers, we recommend starting with a sample order so you can see the quality firsthand.

You can order by phone, email, or through your dedicated account manager. We are working on an online ordering portal that will be available soon.

Call us immediately and we will make it right. Credits are issued same-day for quality issues, and we can arrange a replacement delivery if needed.
